“Saudi Health”: resignation of the Chairman of the Nominations Committee and the appointment of an alternative member

The Middle East Health Care Company (Saudi Health) announced that a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Nominations and Rewards Committee, Mohamed Abdel -Rahman Muhammad Muamna, has submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors and the chairmanship of the Nominations and Rewards Committee on 07/27/2025 AD. August 2025. From the date of 02/10/1447 AH corresponding to 04/08/2025 AD, in order to complete the current session of the Council, which ends on 09/16/2026 AD.
