The American envoy to Lebanon: The decisions of the Lebanese Council of Ministers launch the path of a nation and one army
The American envoy to Lebanon, Thomas Barak, congratulated the President of the Lebanese Republic Joseph Aoun and Prime Minister Nawaf Salam and the Council of Ministers on the historical and bold decision, with the approval of the Council of Ministers, in his meeting, today, Thursday, at Baabda Palace headed by Joseph Aoun, on the goals mentioned in the front of the American paper regarding the confirmation of the agreement to stop hostilities, in light of the amendments that the Lebanese officials had made. The American envoy to Lebanon, in a statement this evening: & quot; Cabinet decisions finally launch the path of one nation, one army in Lebanon, and Lebanon thus began in practice the full implementation of the ceasefire agreement concluded in November 2024, Resolution 1701, and the Taif Agreement, and that the United States stands by the Lebanese people & quot;
