Dr. Effat Sadat, head of the Sadat Democratic Party and the undersecretary of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, said that President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi’s speech during his meeting with Ugandan President Yori Museini in Cairo reflects Egypt’s strategic vision in managing the water security file, and confirms that protecting the Nile River is not just a developmental or political issue, but rather the issue of existence and life for the Egyptians.
& nbsp; Sadat, that the President’s announcement clearly that & quot “is wrong with those who fancy that Egypt will turn a blind eye to an existential threat to its water security & quot; a very clear message to all parties, that the Egyptian state will not accept any attempts to impose a fait accompli or prejudice its historical rights, and that it is ready to use all political and legal tools available to defend this Rights.
