The company’s internal growth rate was 33.5%, without calculating the contribution of “EIC”, and the profits increased before calculating benefits, taxes, consumption and destruction by 59.6% to reach 245.5 million dirhams, while net profits increased by 18.8% to reach 209.7 million dirhams.

The revenues in the second quarter alone amounted to 523.9 million dirhams, an increase of 53.5% compared to the second quarter of 2024, with the contribution of internal growth by 19.7%, and the quarterly profits increased before calculating interest, taxes, consumption and destruction by 45.5% on an annual basis to reach 104.5 million dirhams, while net profits grew by 11.5% to 89.7 million AED, which reflects the impact of the corporate tax application by 15%.

The data showed that the growth of “Brissit” internationally is due to the continuous expansion in Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia, as these markets contributed 26.8% of the second quarter revenues, compared to only 4.9% in the same period last year.

The new requests, which total 304 million dirhams, also contributed to promoting performance, raising the value of the company scheduled for the company to 3.7 billion dirhams, or more than three times the level registered last year, and “Brissit” concluded this stage with cash liquidity amounting to 2.0 billion dirhams, while preserving a non -city budget, which gives it great flexibility to finance products innovations and achieve the goals of expansion.

Thanks to the outstanding performance in the first half of the year 2025, in addition to the strong request record, and the growth of revenue from multi -year contracts, the company raised its medium -term financial forecast, as it expects an annual growth of complex growth between 2023 and 2027 through the growth of the group’s revenues by 21% and 27% “compared to 19% to 25% previously, in addition to the growth of profits before calculating interest and taxes Consumption and depreciation by 17% and 22%, compared to 16% to 21% previously, and the growth of net profits after calculating corporate tax by 7% and 12%, with a tax of 15% compared to 6% to 11% previously.

“Priaste” continued to strengthen its strategic business agenda at the international level and in the main growth areas, where the company in Malaysia announced an important agreement to accelerate the digital transformation that supports the “civil intelligence” initiative launched by the Malaysian government; In Uganda, the company is preparing to launch the national digital government program in cooperation with the National Information Technology Authority, and the company has expanded its presence in Central Asia with the opening of a new office in Astana, and the expansion of its partnerships in the energy sector in Kazakhstan through initiatives led by AIC, in which Bressate has the majority share.

As for the local market, the company has signed new contracts with the National Media Office and the Emirates Media Council, in addition to signing a strategic cooperation agreement with the Energy Department in Abu Dhabi to develop the AD.We platform, which is the first platform in the world for energy and water management supported by artificial intelligence, which would create a qualitative shift in the management of the energy and facilities system at the level of the UAE.

The results of the first half of the year show the continuation of the company’s growth at the local and international levels, as the value of scheduled works multiplied three times compared to last year, and also continued to strengthen sovereign partnerships, and to establish its presence as a major partner in the areas of artificial intelligence and digital transformation of the UAE government and state -owned companies, by winning new contracts And signing prominent agreements in the main sectors.
