Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, praised the distinguished efforts made by the General Administration of Citizen Service at the Minister’s Office, appreciating the remarkable performance in achieving high achievement and response rates to address citizens’ complaints during the month of July 2025, where the Ministry achieved an achievement rate of 98.94%, according to the general indicator of the sub -link of the Ministry of Youth and Sports within the unified government complaints system in the Council The ministers. In the ministry, stressing the need to maximize the efforts made to receive citizens’ complaints and deal immediately with them, to achieve the best possible response, in the context of seeking to provide services worthy of the aspirations of young people and citizens throughout the Republic.
