The National Water Company confirmed to the general customers that Corrective deadline for the initiative to register informal and unregistered household connections is about to be completed, as only 24 hours remain to close the door to benefit from the initiative, and it is scheduled to end on Monday 18 August 2025.
Irregular connections leave negative effects on the efficiency of water and sanitation networks, as they lead to poorly distributing water, and may cause network rains that directly affect public health and the environment." target ="_Blank"> Registration and correction of the situation is done through its official digital channels that operate around the clock, and includes the electronic application for smartphones, and the electronic branch through the company’s official website (www.nwc.com.sa), stressing that these channels allow speed and ease in submitting requests and inquiries. Quality of services provided to subscribers, in addition to environmental protection, calling on customers to quickly respond before the deadline has passed during the next few hours.
