For his part, the leader of the study, Abdulaziz Al -Rubai, explained that the participants received 38 training hours that included theoretical and applied sessions, which dealt with multiple axes, most notably: the role of the Commissioner for the Development of Leadership and its needs, the policy Leadership development “Rashids in Scout”, modern trends in training, human relations skills, designing training programs and their applications, in addition to the global scout policy for youth participation in decision -making, the foundations of communication and human resource development, evaluating training programs, preparing reports and statistical analysis.

The trainee Azzam Al -Rabiah also delivered a speech on behalf of his colleagues, in which he thanked the association for its interest in developing the leaders in accordance with the global scout policy, providing his thanks to the Office of the Association of Al -Aflaj Scouts and Training Leaders for their efforts to make the study successful.

The ceremony witnessed a visual presentation of the most prominent study stations, followed by honoring the participating scouting sectors and supporting bodies, then the memorial photos that collected the participants were taken.
