The Minister of Health in a surprise tour of the health facilities in Cairo
Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, conducted a sudden field round today, Wednesday, a number of medical facilities in Al -Shorouk City & Nbsp; For the Ministry of Health and Population, the minister began his tour by inspecting the Rayhan family health center, where the minister inspected the waiting places for patients, emergency clinics, vaccinations, ophthalmology, family medicine and dental, in addition to the laboratory department, pharmacy, and workers affairs. In appreciation of their dedication to work and their service to a large number of citizens who are hesitant, stressing that all legal measures regarding those who are negligent in performing their work in accordance with the work tasks assigned to them. Response and not disrupting citizens’ access to medical service, directing in this regard the Ministry of IT officials in a field visit to solve the problem of stopping some services that are registered on the electronic system in the facility, and immediately the central work team moved to solve these problems. During the visit, Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar listened to & nbsp; To the complaints of a number of citizens in the city of Al -Shorouk about the weak level of services in & quot; Center & nbsp; Family Health 70 & quot, immediately responded to their requests and moved to the center to examine it in the field, & nbsp; He noticed the decrease in the frequency rates on the center and the weak demand for services. And follow -up periodic maintenance work, in addition to his tightening of the application of hygiene standards and contracting with a security company to ensure the continuous presence, especially during the evening periods. For pharmacies workers that the absence of some basic drugs in pharmacies gives the wrong impression of citizens with a general shortage of all medicines in all medical facilities, explaining to pharmacies their important role in achieving communication with patients.
