The Hospitals and Educational Institutes Authority obtains institutional accreditation from the Arab Council for Health Specializations
The Ministry of Health and Population announced the achievement of the General Authority for Hospitals and Educational Institutes, a prominent achievement of its access to the institutional accreditation from the Arab Council for Health Specializations of the Council of Arab Health Ministers at the League of Arab States, as well as the approval of 21 training programs organized by the Authority’s General Secretariat Training Center. The population, that this accreditation reflects the commitment of the authority to apply the highest quality standards in medical training, indicating that the training mechanisms in the authority are in line with an integrated and dynamic system, whether at the General Secretariat Training Center or in the training centers spread in hospitals and institutes of the authority, which enhances its position as a leading institution in medical education. Equipped with the latest technologies and training simulations, and provides various training programs and vocational diplomas approved by the competent unions, adding that this achievement reflects the authority’s commitment to providing advanced medical education that meets the requirements of the labor market, and keeps pace with the latest developments in the medical fields, not only at the local level, but in the Middle East and Africa, which represents a qualitative step towards enhancing the status of the authority in continuous training and medical education. Its efforts to achieve its strategic goals, which focus on upgrading the level of medical training and applied research, while enhancing the link between continuous medical education, scientific research, and providing distinguished health services. He stressed that this integration contributes to building an advanced and sustainable health system that enhances the quality of health care provided to citizens.
