Real estate registration in Sharjah: Emirati women are a key partner for men in building the homeland

Sharjah, August 27 / WAM / His Excellency Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of the Real Estate Registration Department in the Emirate of Sharjah, said that Emirati women have proven their ability to creativity and excellence and contributed effectively to the comprehensive development process that our country is blessed with and was and still is an essential partner for men in building the country thanks to the support of our rational leadership that gave her confidence and empowerment to be strongly present in all fields.
He added in a speech on the occasion of Emirati Women’s Day that the presence of Emirati women in the real estate sector in Sharjah highlights a pivotal role, as the number of real estate owned by Emirati women from the beginning of the year until August 21 has reached 3,322 properties, while the number of owners of women reached 3,586 owners with a total cash trading volume of 2.7 billion dirhams.
He explained that the data registered in the department until August 21 showed that 30,662 properties owned by Emirati women by 27,425 owners of 45.2 billion dirhams trading, which reflects its vital contribution to this important economic sector.
Al -Shamsi stressed that these achievements are the fruit of the national policy for women’s empowerment 2023-2031 launched by Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak “Mother of the Emirates” and President of the General Women’s Federation, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, Supreme President of the Family Development Foundation and the efforts of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Muhammad Al Qasimi in investing in women’s capabilities and providing the legislative and community environment that enhances Its presence.
