In the presence of the Minister of Awqaf … the launch of the readers ’elections under full judicial supervision
started this morning, Saturday, August 30, 2025 AD, at the Readers Syndicate headquarters, the process of voting in the readers ’elections, in the presence of Professor Dr. Osama Al -Azhari, Minister of Awqaf, in a festive atmosphere that witnessed a wide participation of senior scholars, readers and members of the union. It is the first to supervise it since he took responsibility, and it represents a witness to the new republic and the greatness of the Readers Syndicate. He explained that he was keen to take place under full judicial supervision, which was achieved, so that the Ministry of Awqaf is a model in organizing and disciplining in all its fields.
& nbsp; The elections, the voting is held on the position of the Captain of the Readers, the number of candidates is two, and the members of the Board of Directors (a) and the number of its applicants is 26, and category (B) and the number of candidates for it 3.

& nbsp; The visit represents great support for the people of the Qur’an, and reflects the interest of the Egyptian state in honoring and encouraging them.
