Ras Al Khaimah Municipality launches the project to raise the buildings of the buildings in the emirate
Ras Al Khaimah on September 1 / WAM / The Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Department announced the launch of the project to raise the existing buildings data in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in the context of the constant efforts of the department to update the real estate database and improve the quality of services provided to real estate owners and investors.
His Excellency Munther Mohammed bin Shukr Al -Zaabi, Director General of the Ras Al -Khaimah Municipality Department, said that these initiatives would organize and facilitate the procedures for updating the buildings in the Emirate of Ras Al -Khaimah and also enriching their information with the department.
This initiative launched by the Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Department aims to document the architectural plans for all existing buildings, facilitate procedures for documenting rental contracts and enhancing safety and organization aspects in addition to facilitating procedures with the relevant government agencies.
The department stressed the need for all real estate owners to cooperate in the emirate through the immediate initiative to fulfill the following procedures in the event that the approved architectural plans are available. A clear and completed version that includes dimensions, spaces and contents by submitting a request for a “building license for the existing buildings” through the electronic system or through the happiness center in the department.
In the event that the plans are not available, the owner must appoint an accredited consultant to prepare the plans and open a “building license for the existing buildings” through the electronic system. A six -month period of the date of this announcement has been determined to complete all the requirements referred to above and the owners are granted to exempt 100% of violations “if any” and construction licensing fees.
