President Sisi receives the Crown Prince of Bahrain and affirms the refusal to displace the Palestinians

President Abdel -Fattah El -Sisi received today at the Federal Palace, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Bahrain and Prime Minister, in the presence of Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister and a number of ministers from both sides and ambassadors of the two countries. Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, stressing his pride in the brotherly relations that bring together the two countries, and appreciating his visit to his second homeland, Egypt. For his part, Prince Salman conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, to the President, praising the depth of historical ties between the two countries, and identical views between their leaders in various issues, as well as the level of continuous coordination and consultation between them. Commonly on the importance of strengthening the established bilateral relations, especially in the economic, commercial and investment fields, in addition to pushing the implementation of joint projects that serve the interests and aspirations of the two brotherly peoples. The talks also dealt with developments in the region, where Prince Salman valued Egypt’s relentless efforts to restore stability, especially in the Gaza Strip, in coordination with the State of Qatar and the United States of America, with the aim of ceasefire, securing the release of hostages and prisoners, and ending the human suffering witnessed by the sector. The displacement of the Palestinian people from their land, and the need to start the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, and the revival of the political process aimed at establishing an independent Palestinian state on the borders of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital, according to the principle of the two -state solution and international legitimacy decisions, as the only way to achieve permanent peace in the region. The interview also dealt with ways to maintain regional stability and enhance security in a number of countries in the region that are witnessing tensions, while emphasizing the importance of respecting its sovereignty and territorial integrity.
