"International Government Communication 2025" It draws the features of the balance between human and technical values

Sharjah, on September 3/ WAM/ The 14th International Forum for Government Communication, which will be held on September 10 and 11 at the Expo Center, will discuss artificial intelligence as one of the main axes, through sessions that discuss its effects on media, law, training, and cybersecurity, while opening the way for new generations to explore its creative tools.

The forum activities are preceded by pre -emptive activities, most notably the “Communication for Students” program, which aims to provide students and graduates of media and communication colleges in the UAE with modern government communication skills, and to use artificial intelligence tools responsible and effectively.

The program will end tomorrow, September 4, at the Majaz theater in Sharjah, and combines academic framing with practical application.

The Emirates Association for Lawyers and Legalists is organizing a session entitled “Artificial Intelligence and its Legal Applications” in the “modern communication hall”, under the auspices of the Marwan Group, focusing on the effects of artificial intelligence in the judiciary and legislation, such as smart contracts and judicial prediction, and the importance of moral frameworks to protect rights, with the participation of Dr. Abdullah Al Nasser, a lawyer and legal advisor.

In another session entitled “Digital Media for Cyber ​​Immunology”, the two lawyers, Sabiha Al -Saridi and Zayed Saeed Al Shamsi, are discussing ways to prevent electronic threats and media misinformation, with a focus on the role of the media in community awareness, through joint campaigns with government agencies.

The Qasimiya University also organizes a session entitled “A Window on a Vocational Future generated by Humanity and Intelligence”, highlighting the latest institutional training tools, such as adaptive learning systems, virtual trainers, and the analysis of learning data, with the participation of Dr. Hisham Abbas, Dean of the College of Communication, Dr. Bassam Makkawi, Head of Communication Department, and Dr. Hala Hamdi Ghariba, Professor of Digital Media at Al Qasimia University.

The forum devotes an area to adolescents by “challenging the skills of artificial intelligence”, organized by the Foundation for a quarter of a century for science and technology and lasts for three days, within an interactive methodology that merges learning, thinking and implementation, through specialized programs in artificial intelligence, programming, robots, 3D printing, and soft technical skills, while employing them in communication messages dealing with issues such as food security and quality of life.

In the context of enabling students to skills of artificial intelligence, the “Communication for Students” program included several specialized workshops, including:

“The most specialized media content industry depends on the techniques of artificial intelligence and the tools of obstetric intelligence to the public,” presented by Dr. Mohamed Abdel -Zahir, member of the Academic Committee of the Media Office of the Sharjah Government and coach Abdul Rahman Al Ali from the media office of the Sharjah Government, and “The Foundations of Media Coverage of Government Events”, presented by Dr. Sherine Moussa, member of the Academic Committee and “Analysis of Performance of Methods Social communication using artificial intelligence techniques, “presented by Dr. Al -Sayed Bakhit, with practical applications for coach Ismail Al Balushi.

The program will conclude tomorrow with the workshop “Employment of Artificial Intelligence in the Story of the Government Story”, presented by Dr. Mohamed Ayesh, and reviews ways to convert press data into visual and auditory materials, and explore the capabilities of the “virtual speaker”.

Dr. Amal Anbar concludes with a strategic axis on integrating artificial intelligence into government communication and managing messages during crises.

Sharjah University is also organizing a discussion episode entitled “Ethics of AI Intelligence Ethics in Governmental Communication”, with the participation of Dr. Khairat Ayyad, Head of Academic Accreditation Department – Office of the Vice President of the University for Academic Accreditation and Institutional Effectiveness at the University of Sharjah, and Dr. Muhammad bin Musa – Deputy Dean of the College of Communication at the University of Sharjah, and deals with professional and moral challenges in using technology in the manufacture of media content and communication.
