The UAE government participates in the meeting of ministers and heads of civil service in Dalal "cooperation"

Dubai, September 4/ WAM/ The UAE government participated in the twenty -first meeting of ministers and heads of civil service agencies in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, which was hosted by the State of Kuwait, and chaired by His Excellency Shaida Abdullah Al -Muwasherji, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs in the State of Kuwait, in the presence of His Excellency Jassem Al -Badawi, Secretary General of the Cooperation Council.
The state’s delegation, His Excellency Ahoud Bint Khalfan Al -Roumi, Minister of State for Government and Future Development, Chairman of the Federal Authority for Governmental Human Resources, and the delegation included His Excellency Faisal bin Butti Al -Muhairi, Director General of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, and His Excellency Ibrahim Fikry, Executive Director of the Support Services Sector in the Authority –
His Excellency Al -Roumi emphasized that the meeting of ministers and heads of civil service agencies in the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf represents an annual platform for sharing visions, exchanging ideas and enhancing joint Gulf cooperation in the field of developing government talents and specialized human cadres possible Advanced talents, support government cadres to participate in the future industry.
Her Excellency said that the results and outputs of the meeting, the discussions and the experiences that he reviewed will contribute to supporting the implementation of the leadership of the Cooperation Council countries by strengthening the system of government human resources and human resources, enabling them to keep pace with the rapid changes globally, and provide them with the capabilities and solutions to enhance the attractive, incubating and possible government work environment, and to support the initiatives of raising productivity and improving the quality of life.
The meeting discussed strengthening joint work between the governments of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, in developing the government of government talent and human resources, and mechanisms to benefit from advanced Gulf experiences in the field of human resources management and the care and embrace of talents and minds.
