Urgent The League of Arab States adopts the joint Egyptian -Saudi vision for regional security
The Council of the League of Arab States, at the level of foreign ministers, has adopted at the conclusion of the work of its regular session & ldquo; 164 & rdquo;, which was held under the chairmanship of the United Arab Emirates, a decision on the Egyptian-Saudi joint vision of security and cooperation in the region, which constitutes an important step towards enhancing Arab collective security and consolidating regional stability. The closing- that achieving security in the region can only take place collectively, and in a way that respects the sovereignty of the Arab countries, their independence and the unity of their territories, in accordance with the principles of the United Nations Charter and the provisions of international law, stressing the rejection of any unilateral security arrangements or imposing facts by force.
