The Federal Supreme Court participates in the International Forum for Constitutional Justice in Kazakhstan

Abu Dhabi, September 14 / WAM / The Federal Supreme Court participated in the work of the International Forum for Constitutional Justice “Peace and the Future through the Law” designated for the thirtieth anniversary of the approval of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which was held in Astana.

His Excellency Counselor Muhammad Hamad Al -Badi Al -Dhaheri, President of the Federal Supreme Court, chaired the delegation, which included His Excellency Shehab Abdul Rahman Al Hammadi, the judge of the Federal Supreme Court, and Muhammad Saeed Nasser Al -Shabali, Director of the Support Services Department of the Court.

His Excellency President Qassem Gomart Tukayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, met the heads of delegations participating in the forum at the end of the forum’s work.

His Excellency the Chancellor, President of the Federal Supreme Court, stressed in his speech during the forum the special importance of the forum as a platform for exchanging experiences, and exchanging visions on how to use the law in building a peaceful, peaceful future, characterized by justice, and is based on international cooperation and complementarity between nations.

His Excellency explained that the constitutional judiciary is an essential party in activating constitutional justice, as it is concerned with monitoring the constitutionality of laws and regulations; Pointing out that the Federal Supreme Court practiced its constitutional circle in its judicial role in establishing and developing constitutional justice, and the success of the UAE helped in implementing the electronic litigation system in facilitating access to constitutional justice and facilitating litigation procedures.

On the sidelines of the activities of the forum, His Excellency Counselor Mohamed Hamad Al -Badi met with a number of judicial leaders in the Republic of Kazakhstan; Where ways to enhance joint cooperation and exchange visions on judicial and legislative developments have been discussed.
