The Ministry of Defense launches a program "Prejudice" To prepare future leaders

Abu Dhabi, September 16/ WAM/ The Ministry of Defense today launched the “ready” program, which aims to prepare and qualify a group of future leaders of officers and civilians, and to provide them with modern leadership and strategy skills that respond to the requirements of the next stage, under the auspices and presence of His Excellency Muhammad bin Mubarak bin Fadel Al Mazrouei, Minister of State for Defense Affairs.

The launch ceremony was attended by His Excellency Lieutenant General Issa Saif bin Ablan Al Mazrouei, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, and His Excellency Lieutenant General Ibrahim Nasser Al -Alawi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Defense, along with a number of senior officers and officials in the ministry.

The “ready” program reflects the Ministry of Defense’s direction towards promoting leadership readiness through education and skills development, as this is a basic pillar to meet the challenges of the future.

The launch of the program comes in line with the rapid transformations in the work environment, in an effort to enhance the efficiency of the military establishment.

The program represents the result of intense efforts made by the Executive Office at the Ministry of Defense, to develop an integrated model to prepare a new generation of leaders with unconventional innovative capabilities and skills in strategic planning, which contributes to achieving sustainable institutional excellence.
