The Ministry of Health opens the seventh conference of partnership for international vaccine initiatives

Dr. Amr Qandil, Deputy Minister of Health and Population, opened the activities of the seventh conference of partnership for international vaccine initiatives (PIVI) in Cairo, in the presence of representatives of the World Health Alliance, Disease Control and Prevention Centers in the United States (US-CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO), along with representatives of 22 countries of different continents The World. It discusses the strengthening of seasonal influenza vaccination programs, raising coverage rates between high -risk groups such as pregnant and the elderly and those with chronic diseases, as well as reviewing the mechanisms of evaluating and improving the efficiency of vaccination programs in the participating countries.
