Forming a board of directors "Golf Federation" Headed by Abdullah Al -Hashemi
Dubai, September 17/ WAM/ His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Balah Al-Hall Al Falasi, Minister of Sports, approved a decision to form the Board of Directors of the Emirates Golf Federation for the electoral session 2024-2028, headed by Major General Tayyar “M” Abdullah Al-Sayed Al-Hashemi.
The council includes, Mr. Mustafa Al -Hashemi, Khaled Abdullah Al -Shamsi, Walid Ahmed Al -Attar, Khalfan Saeed Al Kaabi, Saeed Abdul Karim Al -Malik, Khaled Muhammad Al Suwaidi, Salem Khalifa Demasal, and Aliasia Ali Al -Kuwaiti.
Al -Hashemi thanked and appreciated His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Balah Al -Falasi, His Excellency Ghanem Mubarak Al -Hajri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Sports, and His Excellency Sheikh Suhail bin Butti Al Maktoum, Assistant Undersecretary for the Sports Development and Competitiveness Sector at the Ministry of Sports, on great confidence and the adoption of the formation of the new board of directors.
He emphasized the commitment of the members of the Council to sustain the programs, development plans, follow up on the stage of achievements, and build on what was achieved, according to a comprehensive strategic vision, aimed at promoting the sport of golf, and enhancing its regional and global presence.
Al -Hashemi explained that the new council includes a group of national competencies, and those with extensive experiences in the world of golf and sports management, to lead the next stage with confidence and competence, within an organized institutional framework, based on supporting national talents, expanding the base of the game practice, and consolidating the Emirates position as a pioneering center for regional and international golf championships.
