Mona Rizk, President of the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company, with the participation of members of the Sudanese delegation, and a number of ministry leaders, and during the meeting, Dr. Mahmoud Esmat stressed that there are permanent directives by President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi to provide the necessary support in the fields of electricity and energy for brothers in Sudan, and Dr. Esmat praised the depth of the Egyptian -Sudanese relations, distinguished it throughout the ages, and historical ties between the two brotherly peoples The capabilities of the electricity and renewable energy sector, and the accumulated experiences in the areas of rehabilitation, construction, transfer of experiences and training, were discussed, the possibility of meeting the requirements and needs of the Sudanese energy sector from electrical transformers with various capabilities and mobile support units and the establishment of solar energy stations, and other measures to provide adequate electrical nutrition in many areas, especially in the north of the country and agricultural communities, as well as cooperation in the field of training, technical support and renewable energies And the necessary studies to take advantage of the Egyptian experience in this field. To install his tasks, enhance technical and vocational training programs for workers in the electricity sector in Sudan, implement special training programs for rehabilitation, capacity building, use of the electricity sector experiences in Egypt to improve the efficiency of electrical systems, modernization of infrastructure, and the completion of the electrical network in many regions. Successful competencies and experiences in implementing urgent emergency plans, and that there is cooperation and coordination with the brothers in Sudan within the framework of the existing link line to achieve regional integration in the electricity and energy sector, stressing the willingness to meet & nbsp; Requests and exchange of experiences in the fields of renewable energy and rebuild and rehabilitate electrical networks, explaining the keenness to enhance cooperation with Sudan in the context of joint efforts to achieve energy security in the region and develop energy infrastructure in the two countries, and to continue to provide training programs for brothers in the Republic of Sudan on the latest global technologies in the fields of electricity and energy, explaining the joint work between the two countries to provide electrical feeding and fulfill the requirements of sustainable development plans, Noting that those concerned in the electricity and energy sector in Egypt and Sudan continue to work and set priorities regarding the status of the electrical network in Sudan within the framework of the course of the rehabilitation and construction plan.
