Her Excellency said that the past period of this year was distinguished by launching qualitative initiatives and implementing programs and workshops that enhance mental health and leadership skills for Emirati women, noting that the successful organization of the Emirati Women Forum on August 28 has laid new business standards in the institution’s march in a way that enhances their supportive efforts and highlights their successes in all sectors.

His Excellency Naima Al Ahly, a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of the Dubai Women Foundation, presented a presentation during the meeting on the most prominent initiatives and programs that were implemented during the last period, which included the organization of the first session of the Emirati Women Forum, coinciding with the passage of 10 years since the start of the celebration of “Emirati Women’s Day” with the participation of a number of senior officials, experts, academics and more than 700 executive leaders in government agencies, semi -governmental and private sector in the country, The forum witnessed the organization of ten dialogue sessions in which ministers, officials and inspiring leaders spoke.
The presentation touched on the organization of the “Sheleads” program for future women’s leaders in cooperation with the International Business Administration College in the United Kingdom with the participation of 26 Emirati leaderships in the intermediate administrative levels from 13 governmental and semi -governmental entities with the aim of building qualified future leaders that actively contribute to development and development efforts in various fields and enhance the competitiveness of Dubai and the UAE globally.
The Foundation also continued to organize several activities and workshops within the framework of the “Tamkeen Plus” program, in which 19 of the heads of the women’s committees in government and semi -government agencies in Dubai participate over a full year with the aim of enhancing analytical thinking and decision -making skills and providing them with effective leadership tools, where a workshop was organized on artificial intelligence in cooperation with the London Business School and training activities for the participants in the program in cooperation with the Sold Center. Naima Al Ahly pointed out that this program, which was launched last June, includes many workshops, interactive sessions and educational programs in the art of leadership, artificial intelligence, mental health, meetings with officials, inspiring leadership figures, and other activities that enhance communication skills in professional and social forums inside and outside the country.
The members of the Board of Directors reviewed the future initiatives and programs included in the Foundation’s work strategy during the coming period of the current year and aimed at upgrading women in various fields and at all job levels, including the organization of the “Media Efficiency of Women’s Leadership” program during the next October, which aims to empower the media of women’s leaders in the governmental and semi -governmental sectors in Dubai in cooperation with the Dubai Media Academy of the Dubai Media Foundation, in The framework of the terms of the cooperation memorandum signed by the two sides during the last session of the Arab Media Summit held last May.
