The Minister of Foreign Affairs receives the President of the National Council for Women
Received d. Bader Abdel Ati, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Affairs of Egyptians abroad today, Saturday, September 20, Chancellor Amal Ammar, President of the National Council for Women, where Minister Abdel Ati appreciated the central role played by the Council in supporting Egyptian women’s rights and empowering them in various fields, maximizing their role in society and as a basic partner in the development process. Minister Abdel Ati listened to the President of the National Council for Women for the initiatives and activities undertaken by the Council to support the rights of Egyptian women, and the importance of continuing joint cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Council for Women was emphasized to review efforts to empower Egyptian women on the international scene. Allocating an axis from the axes of the National Human Rights Strategy to promote women’s rights reflects the priority that the Egyptian state in all its institutions to empower women.
