The UAE and the United States explore the prospects for their strategic relations commercially and investment

His Excellency Al -Zyoudi, during the two meetings, shed light on the continuous growth of trade between the UAE and the United States, pointing out that the United States is the sixth largest commercial partner for the UAE globally, as the volume of non -oil bilateral trade reached 38 billion dollars during the year 2024, which reflects a significant growth of 44.5% over the past five years, and this positive momentum continued during the year 2025, where the first half of the year witnessed the arrival of the trade volume Non -oil dualism to $ 19.3 billion.
He said that the UAE and the United States have a firm partnership based on joint commitment to achieving mutual economic growth, and there are still many opportunities to enhance our economic relations in a way that achieves joint benefit, noting that together, we can open new horizons for innovation, provide job opportunities, and lead global efforts to develop and expand new pivotal areas for the global economy, while looking to work alongside the United States to develop future technologies, and push The wheel of prosperity and sustainability is a world.
At the meeting of the UAE -American Business Council, His Excellency Dr. Al -Zyoudi referred to many aspects of cooperation that embodies the strong partnership between Emirati and American companies.

In the field of clean energy, the partnership between “ADQ” and “Energy Capital Partners” resulted in the launch of a huge joint venture of $ 25 billion, aimed at investing in energy production within the United States.

The Emirates International Aluminum Company has also pumped $ 4 billion in investments to create the first new aluminum fuse in the United States in 45 years, a project that is expected to provide thousands of jobs for Americans, and enhance the production of semiconductors and electric vehicles.
In another round table session for the American Chamber of Commerce, His Excellency Dr. Al -Zyoudi emphasized the promising prospects for the growth of economic relations between the UAE and the United States, and joint endeavors to strengthen relations between the two close economic allies.

On the American side, a number of senior government sector officials attended, which embodied a joint commitment to enhance cooperation.
The discussions paved the way for a continuous partnership not only to improve trade relations, but also enhances mutual growth and technological progress in both countries.
