Dubai, September 24 / WAM / His Excellency Mohammed Abdullah Al -Qarqawi, head of the Executive Office of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership, confirmed that the strength of the “Mohammed bin Rashid Forum for Leaders” lies in the meeting of the most important 1,000 public and private sectors in Dubai together, in one place, at one time, with one spirit and one vision.
His Excellency said: We are all the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid team, neither a government department nor a company, but one city, with one future, indicating that the goal of this forum is to consolidate the best practices in administration and leadership, in order to achieve the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, “may God bless him”, that Dubai be the best city in the world.
His Excellency added in his opening speech during the forum: Each of you, whatever his location or sector, is part of this great team: Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid team .. This team that proved that the impossible is not a word in our dictionary .. This team and the leadership of Sheikh Mohammed who turned the desert into a global city .. This team that will continue the march until Dubai becomes the model that is followed between the cities of the world.
His Excellency stressed that the forum is based on the School of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in the leadership. Which believes that: ambition has no ceiling, and the service of people is the most sacred honesty, and the bold decision makes a leap, and turning the challenge into an opportunity is a leadership skill.

He also pointed out that the forum comes as a practical embodiment of this school, which is based on basic pillars: learning, innovation, integration and speeding efforts, as the leadership is not a job managed from behind an office; Rather, an example is inspired by a team, and rises in a city.
His Excellency said: Today’s meeting is exceptional. His Excellency added: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum taught us that the leadership is not a position, nor a title, nor a position in an administrative ladder .. Rather, it is a mandate, responsibility, and compass that determines the direction of the entire city.
His Excellency Muhammad Al -Qarqawi said: The city that leads the world is a city that brings its leaders from all sectors, unites their decisions, and the integration of their efforts .. We may talk about the spirit of the team within a small team, or a party .. However, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid took the concept of one team at another level completely: which is the level of the entire city, by setting a clear vision of Dubai city: to be the best city in the world, and setting a complete system based on human being and achieving a decent life for this city. And the full partnership in achieving this vision through the capable and speedy government, the creative and executive private sector, and the supporting and participating community.
His Excellency pointed out that the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum established the private sector in Dubai as a basic partner in formulating the future, so the partnership between the two sectors was built on confidence and integration, and this trust made the private sector the largest driver of Dubai economy, and the arm that expands its vision in every field, which is the secret of Dubai’s success, and what made it a model to follow in the region and the world.
His Excellency said at the conclusion of his speech: Today, and we are here, before us, a responsibility to double His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, a lot from us and Dubai and its people deserve the best .. So we make this forum the beginning of a new stage ..
