المملكة: Planting 4 million trees in the King Salman bin Abdulaziz Reserve

In conjunction with the International Day of Agriculture, the Development Authority revealed King Salman Reserve Bin Abdulaziz Royal, with numbers, on a part of the harvesting of its projects, initiatives and programs to protect the environment by reducing desertification and preserving its natural balance, developing biological diversity by providing safe halls for wild creatures, rehabilitating the deteriorating lands, and strengthening the life cycle by sustaining the vegetation and the prosperity of nature. It represents a giant step towards restoring natural environmental systems and intensifying the vegetation in the reserve." target ="_Blank"> Plants adaptive to the reserve environment, as the authority is working to implement 8 major farming projects, aimed at restoring life to priority selected areas to preserve biological diversity. It paves the way for the return of plant life to it. It aims to turn the reserve into a global leading model in the sustainable management of natural reserves, in line with the Kingdom’s 2030 vision to enhance environmental sustainability and combat desertification.
