Abdullah bin Zayed meets the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago in New York

New York, September 27/ WAM/ His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, met the entire state of Persad – Pesisar, Prime Minister of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, in the presence of His Excellency Sean Super, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Caribbean, on the sidelines of the work of the eighties of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
The meeting witnessed the signing of the mutual exemption agreement from the entry visa between the two countries, as it was signed by His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Excellency Sean Supers.
According to the agreement, citizens of the UAE are exempt, holders of diplomatic, private and regular passports, and “for the mission” of the entry visa to the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, and the citizens of Trinidad and Tobago are exempt holders of diplomatic and official passports from the entry visa to the UAE.
His Highness and the complete state of Persad -Bisisar also discussed friendship relations and bilateral cooperation paths in various sectors, including economic, commercial and investment, in addition to reviewing a number of topics on the agenda of the United Nations General Assembly.
His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan stressed that the UAE aspires to consolidate growing and advanced bilateral relations with the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, in order to enhance opportunities for economic cooperation and joint development of the two countries and achieve prosperity and prosperity for their people.
