"Fatima Bint Mubarak Academy" Host "Performance experiences" Athletics in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, September 27/ WAM/ The Abu Dhabi Athletics Club announced the adoption of the “Performance Experiences” program, to discover the talents of the players from the age of 12 years and over, in the athletics field at Fatima Bint Mubarak Academy for Women Sports, and to contract with Australian expert Stephen Ripon as technical director of the club.
His Excellency Khaled Rashid Al -Zaabi, Chairman of the Club Board of Directors, confirmed in a statement today, the launch of the “Performance Experiences” program to discover talents during the period from 1 to 7 October, to other areas in Al Ain and Al Dhafra, according to the approved plan.
Al -Zaabi described the contract with Ripon, as in line with the club’s strategy, to develop the technical performance of the players and refine national talents, and add a quality to the club and for athletics in the UAE.
He added that the Australian expert has a large balance of international experiences, with international and Olympic champions who went up to the coronation platforms, in addition to training international teams such as Australia, Britain and Finland, which contributes to the development of technical capabilities for players and club players during the coming period.
In turn, the Australian expert expressed his confidence in the promising talents in the UAE, and the Abu Dhabi Athletics Club, and his keenness that its development is among its maximum priorities during the next stage.
