The Minister of Health is following the developments of my system "Treatment decisions" and"Waiting lists"

Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development, Minister of Health and Population, held a meeting at the Ministry’s headquarters in the new administrative capital, to follow up the developments of the system of issuing state expense decisions and the national project to end the waiting lists for critical surgeries, with the aim of enhancing the efficiency of health services and achieving justice in the distribution of resources. Adopting accurate medical standards to direct the treatment protocols, ensuring the rationalization of spending, maximizing the benefit from financial resources, and supporting the state’s strategy to achieve sustainable development in the health sector, while ensuring that fair and effective health services are available to all citizens. Total fiscal year expenditures 2024/2025, where 4 million, 7 thousand and 778 treatment decisions were issued at the expense of the state, including tumors, vascular surgeries (pharmacokinetics), amputation and prostheses, kidney transplantation, neurosurgery, blood diseases, and other medical interventions.

added & laquo; Abdul Ghaffar & Raquo; The meeting reviewed the achievements of the national project to finish waiting lists for the year 2025, where the service was provided to 352,662 patients, with the participation of 513 medical service providers, and the total cost of surgeries amounted to 28 billion, 588 million, 473 thousand and 609 pounds, while participating hospitals included 511 hospitals at a level Republic.
& nbsp; The ministry is committed to providing medical services at the highest quality and efficiency standards in all governmental and private hospitals without any financial burdens on citizens, in line with the state’s vision to provide a decent life, and a system has been launched that can register complaints and requests via the hotline 15300, where the number of registered requests reached 348,897 applications. National to finish waiting lists has a tangible impact on patients and their families, by accelerating surgical procedures, improving healing rates, and reducing financial burdens on citizens and the state. He also contributed to the governance of procedures through advanced automation systems, accurately directing resources to those who deserve them, as well as investing in training doctors through multiple specialties, and developing the infrastructure of the health sector by updating surgical services and raising hospital efficiency.
