The conditions for benefiting < /h2> The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has set a number of conditions to benefit from the initiative: Including: that the new employer is obligated to pay the late financial compensation for the expatriate work permit, and that the worker has spent a period of no less than (12) months inside the Kingdom in a continuous manner before interruption from work or the end of the contract.
