"Real Estate Day "For “Dubai Lands" 2071 jobs were provided for citizens since 2023

Dubai, September 29 / WAM / The Dubai Land and Property Department organized the third edition of the real estate day to employ the Emiratis after the success of the previous two versions and the employment of more than 2071 citizens since June 2023 with the aim of enhancing the participation of national competencies in the real estate sector in line with the Dubai Economic Agency D33 and Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033 and Dubai Social Agency 33.
The event was held in partnership with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Council of Competitiveness of the Emirati cadres “Enforcement” and the Emirati Human Resources Development Council and under the official sponsorship of Emaar Real Estate Company with the participation of more than 80 real estate companies that offered more than 400 direct and diverse job opportunities for job seekers from citizens in a way that links employment with qualification and vocational gradient within the sector institutions.
The event was attended by His Excellency Dr. Abdul Rahman Al -Awar, the vision of human resources and resettlement, the Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and His Excellency Abdullah Muhammad Al -Basti, Secretary -General of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai.
His Excellency Omar Hamad Bushehab, Director General of the Land and Property Department in Dubai, stressed that the initiative enables the sons and daughters of the Emirates to enter the real estate sector and raise it on sustainable foundations inspired by the vision and directives of the rational leadership that puts the citizen a priority in development, explaining that the results achieved since 2023 confirm the path on the right path to achieve the target of strategic agendas.
His Excellency Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of the Human Resources Department of the Dubai Government, pointed out that the third real estate day represents a new step in enabling national competencies and providing qualitative job opportunities within the real estate sector in a way that enhances their capabilities and competitiveness and translates the vision of the rational leadership in making the citizen the focus of development.
