The Prime Minister inspects the Ashmoun Central Hospital project

Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister and his companions, inspected the construction work of the new Ashmoun Central Hospital project, during his visit today to Menoufia Governorate, in the context of following up the government’s efforts to develop health infrastructure and enhance the quality of services provided to citizens in various governorates. In order to provide distinguished health care to citizens, pointing out that the government’s investment plan currently includes developing health infrastructure, by establishing new facilities and modernizing the current medical centers, in addition to completing the implementation of comprehensive health insurance stages, which contributes to improving health care and enhancing the readiness of the health sector to keep pace with future requirements.

& nbsp; & Nbsp; Complete for all measures that improve the efficiency of the health system in the governorate; To serve the people of Menoufia.
& nbsp; And 241 industrial breathing devices, 53 operating rooms, 511 dialysis machinery, 66 fixed and mobile ambulances.

& nbsp; Dr. Amr Mostafa Mahmoud, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Menoufia, also spoke about the achievements of the presidential initiatives in the governorate, which include the initiative to detect chronic diseases and renal illnesses, the initiative of early detection of tumors, the women’s health initiative (first visit/ periodic visit), the initiative of the elderly, in addition to the initiative of those who come to marry, the initiative of genetic diseases, the initiative of the mother and the fetus, the auditory survey initiative, and the initiative of anemia Dwarf, and is implemented at rates ranging between 74-165%. & nbsp;
& nbsp; Specialized clinics in health units have also been activated in 62 units with a total of 148 specialists. & nbsp; With regard to the project of establishing the new Ashmoun Central Hospital, Dr. Amr Mostafa Mahmoud, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Menoufia, indicated that the list Ashmoun General Hospital is one of the important medical pillars in Menoufia Governorate, and there is a continuous field follow -up to ensure improving services and upgrading the health system to meet the aspirations of citizens, and the new Ashmoun Central Hospital is established; In the context of improving the health care system in the governorate.
& nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; The Prime Minister listened to an explanation of the new Ashmoun Central Hospital, whose total cost is about 1.482 billion pounds, and is built on an area of 30 thousand square meters; Where work began on the project on March 15, 2023, and it is scheduled to be completed in June 2026, and the current implementation rate is 62%. & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp;
& nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; Engineer Alaa Sharif, project manager of the executing company, said: The hospital includes 272 beds distributed in various specialties that include 42 beds for children, & nbsp; 44 focused care beds, 42 beds for women and childbirth, 56 bed washing beds, 21 emergency beds, 12 bedrooms for burn cases, 55 beds for comprehensive intensive care. & Nbsp;
& nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; The project also includes several buildings, including the main building with an area of 8257 square meters (4 floors), an electricity building with an area of 4052 square meters (two floors), a service building with an area of 1260 square meters (two floors), an outpatient building that includes 30 floors (two floors), and a laundry and sterilization building with an area of 1870 square meters (floor One). & Nbsp; & nbsp;
