America is witnessing a “war from within”

US President Donald Trump warned, on Tuesday, that the United States is witnessing a “war of the inside” due to crimes and immigration, in a speech to a group of generals and Admirals.
In an unusual meeting with senior American military leaders who were called by Defense Minister Beit Higseth from all over the world, Trump stressed that the army will participate in suppression operations in a number of cities with democratic authorities.
In front of a huge American flag at the Quanteko base in Virginia, Trump said, “We will correct things,” explaining that this will be “a major part of the work of some of those present in this hall. It is also a war, a war from within.”
He pointed out that he signed an order to establish a military force to respond to the rapid response to suppress any civil unrest “because it is the enemy from the inside, and we must deal with it before it becomes out of control.”
Trump began his speech by talking about the American army in general, saying that he “revived the spirituality of the warrior.”
However, the speech, which lasted for about an hour, was politicized, unlike the approach that the former presidents traditionally followed by tending to avoid domestic politics issues when addressing the armed forces.
He also strongly attacked the American president what he described as “malicious” press and his democratic opponents.
Last week, the Minister of Defense summoned hundreds of military leaders to the unusual meeting, before Trump announced that he would deliver a speech during the meeting.
Higseth said on Tuesday that the army should “address a decades -continuity deterioration”, condemning the “vigilance” ideology (Walk) within the military establishment.
Higseth announced the directives of the army, that physical fitness, hair cut and beards must be improved.
He said that all the elements of all ranks in the American army will be subject to a fitness test twice a year, pointing out that “the vision of the bridal generals and bloodshed in the corridors of the Pentagon is totally unacceptable.”
Higseth also stressed “shaving standards” and continued, “Whoever wants a beard can join the special forces. Whoever does not want, let him shave” his beard.
Trump’s speech comes at a time when the US military faces controversy at home and abroad with Trump’s orders to deploy forces in the cities of Los Angeles and Washington.
In these two cities, forces deployed with a declared goal, which is to combat civil unrest and crime, while similar moves are planned in Portland and Memphis, and this may withdraw on other American cities.
On the other hand, the American forces carried out earlier this year an air strike that lasted for nearly two months targeting the Houthis in Yemen, and also struck three nuclear sites, which were a major part of Tehran’s nuclear program.
