"Dubai Fitness Challenge 2025" It opens the door for registration to participate in its 9th session activities

The initiative allows all members of society and visitors to the emirate to participate in the various challenge activities by adhering every day to 30 minutes of physical exercises for 30 days.
The challenge this year acquires exceptional importance in its conjunction with the “Year of Society”, in a way that enhances social ties, and turns daily physical activity into a group experience that supports the formation of sustainable health habits, under the slogan “Look for your challenge”.
His Excellency Saeed Hareb, Secretary -General of the Dubai Sports Council, said that since its inception, the Dubai Fitness Challenge was a pivotal pillar in embodying the Dubai vision to be one of the most health and active cities in the world, and continues the concept of 30 x 30, with its simplicity and effectiveness, motivating the various groups of society to make health and luxury priority in their daily lives, and the ninth session this year acquires a special value by coinciding with the year of society, which reflects the role of sports activities In gathering people about one goal that enhances the bonding and supports Dubai’s position is a leading global city in consolidating a healthy lifestyle.
For his part, His Excellency Ahmed Al Khaja, Executive Director of the Dubai Festival and Retail Foundation said that the Dubai Fitness Challenge, which was launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, continues to consolidate its importance and the expansion of its impact year after year, to confirm its position one of the most prominent initiatives that enhance health and luxury in the long term.

He added that the ninth session this year is gaining a special dimension in its conjunction with the year of society, where the values ​​of interconnection and teamwork are highlighted through an integrated program that includes major activities such as the Dubai Bicycle Challenge, Dubai Yoga, along with villages, fitness centers, and thousands of community activities scattered throughout the city and we look forward to the tenth version in 2026 with more ambition to consolidate the culture of Dubai Active and Health City, And building firm foundations that guarantee a better life for future generations.
The previous eight courses witnessed a wide turnout from Dubai and its visitors, as 2.7 million people participated in the last year’s session, an increase of 244% since the start of the challenge in 2017. With every new session, the Dubai Fitness Challenge continues its contribution to enabling individuals to explore the means and stimuli that make them exercise, in the framework of a simple and inspiring message represented in 30 minutes of physical activity every day for 30 days (30 x 30).
The activities of this year include four major major challenges, which are the “Dubai Bicycle Challenge sponsored by DPD and Recore” on November 2, “Dubai Rowing Challenge sponsored by the Roads and Communications Authority” on November 8 and 9 and “Dubai Running Challenge with My Dubai” on November 23, and “Dubai Yoga” on November 30.

The audience can participate across three free villages for fitness: “The village of DB and Kate Beach 30 x 30 for fitness”, “Dubai Municipal Village 30 x 30 for fitness in Zabeel Park”, and “Dubai Municipal Village 30 x 30 for fitness in the park of Al -Warqa”, along with more than 25 societal fitness centers, and thousands of free training sessions spread throughout Dubai.
The ninth session of the challenge hosts a group of the most prominent international sports championships that contribute to achieving the goals of 30 x 30 and establishes Dubai’s position as a global and health destination, among them: “Dubai Primer Bader” P1 from 9 to 16 November, the “Tartlon Dubai T100” on November 15 and 16, the first season of “Besspol United” on 25 and 26 November, and the final championship for the “DP round Reed Golf “from 13 to 16 November, and” Emirates Dubai 7s “from 28 to 30 November.
The Dubai Fitness Challenge is held 2025, organized by the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai and in cooperation with the Dubai Sports Council, and with the support of the main partners DPD and Dubai Municipality, May Dubai and the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai.
