Abu Dhabi on October 1/ WAM/ Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, representative of the ruler in the Al Dhafra region, the Zayed Charitable Race will be held in its 24th edition on the twenty -ninth of November in Abu Dhabi.
The Zayed charitable race globally is known as “the most helpful racing in the world”, as it is more than just a sporting event as it embodies a humanitarian initiative that honors the memory and values of the founding father of the UAE, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God bless him, who believed in generosity and mercy, and gathered people to the path of goodness and giving for humanity.
The Abu Dhabi 2025 race starts from the Karama Oasis and ends at the Abu Dhabi Heritage Hotel to turn into a comprehensive celebration of families, children and the public in an atmosphere that includes food platforms, beverages, recreational shows and various activities.
The invitation is open to all participants of different ages and fitness levels for running races for 3 km and 5 km and 10 km, in confirmation of the spirit of totalitarianism and unity of the race.
The 2025 race revenues are devoted to supporting three leading research programs at the Abu Dhabi Stem Cell Center, including developing specialized treatment for cancer through the lymphocytes to the tumor (TILS), developing a platform for vital intelligence and informational information to support careful medicine for sclerosis and type 1 diabetes, and the project for the birth of the birth, which transforms, which turns away Divine tissue donated to innovative skin treatments and wound healing, confirming the race message in supporting health, innovation and societal impact.

His Excellency Aref Hamad Al -Awani, Secretary -General of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, stressed that the Zayed Charitable Race has continuous sponsorship and support from the rational leadership, which reflects its commitment to the humanitarian message of the race, and its keenness to consolidate the position of sport as an essential part of the life of society, and make it a method that promotes health, activity and happiness.
He said that the race is a civilized image that embodies the approach of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, and his values in giving and humanitarian work, to remain an eternal legacy that generations pass through generation after generation.
He affirmed the organization’s keenness to allocate the race revenues to support institutions and medical and charitable women, which contributes to treating patients and supporting the needy, so that the race reflects its position as a pioneering sporting and human effectiveness that combines sports and charitable work in the best way.
