The Secretariat, then the operational level represented by the sectors of the secretariat that supervises the operation of specific geographical domains in the city, and this position ends with the representative level, which is embodied in offices "My city" Which represents the first point of reaction with the beneficiaries to provide customer experience and community participation services. "Riyadh municipal transformation" A number of tracks that the Secretariat worked on, starting with the design and implementation paths in addition to developing the organizational, technical and human capabilities and improving the work environment to ensure effective and sustainable application and achieving the desired results for this program.
