Al-Arish Airport receives a Saudi aid plane for the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip

Al-Arish International Airport in North Sinai received, today, Wednesday, a Saudi plane carrying various humanitarian aid for the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. It was unloaded and transported to the logistical warehouses in the city of Al-Arish, in preparation for its entry into the Strip in coordination with the Egyptian Red Crescent.

An official source at Al-Arish Airport said that the plane was loaded with a quantity of aid and food baskets provided by the King Salman Relief Center. And humanitarian work for the benefit of the Gaza Strip.

The source pointed out that the total number of Saudi planes that arrived at Al-Arish International Airport reached 66 planes carrying aid for the Gaza Strip, and this aid comes within the framework of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s well-known historic role in standing with the brotherly Palestinian people in the various crises and tribulations they are going through.

It is noteworthy that the number of planes that arrived at Al-Arish International Airport since the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip on October 7 By 2023, there were 1,041 planes carrying aid from several Arab and foreign countries and regional and international organizations, carrying more than 27 thousand tons of various aid and relief materials to the Gaza Strip, provided by 53 Arab and foreign countries and regional and international organizations.
