The third documentary episode of “The Poet of the Million” reviews competitions "Jordan tour"
Abu Dhabi, October 8 / WAM / The “Poet of the Million” program, which is produced by the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority, allocated the third documentary episode that was broadcast yesterday for the “Jordan Tour” qualifying competitions for the twelfth season of the program produced by the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority, under the slogan “Our poem is one”.
The episode presented a comprehensive coverage of the interviews of the jury that took place in the capital, Amman, over the past 9 and 10 September, with the participation of 110 poets from several Arab countries, including seven poets.
The interviews resulted in the leave of 103 poets, and witnessed the qualification of the poet Waddah Al -Kayed, the aggression directly to the “hundred” stage after obtaining the gold card from Dr. Ghassan Al -Hassan, a member of the jury.
The Amman tour witnessed the presence of dozens of poets coming from various governorates of Jordan, and a number of Arab countries, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Yemen, Syria, Iraq and Tunisia, where they stood before the jury to present their poems.
The jury of the program confirmed that the Jordan tour presented qualitative content that reflects the richness of the poetic experience in the Kingdom, while poets expressed the impact of the program in highlighting the presence of the Jordanian poet on the Arab scene.
The Podcast “The Poet of the Million” hosted the stars of the previous seasons of the program, Anwar Al -Haqish Al -Sakhri, Majd Al -Khamasiyah, and the tired of the supporters, where they discussed the importance of the poet’s continuous presence in front of the audience, stressing that the poet does not generate a poet by nature, but his talent is formed by practice and experience.
The stars talked about the role of the “Poet of the Million” in enhancing their spread and poetic development, noting the richness of the poetic experience presented by the program.
The poets who were not lucky to qualify for their gratitude for the experience of the interview in front of the committee expressed, noting that the accurate monetary observations they received formed a real incentive to develop their poetic tools and refine their talent, stressing that the experience itself is an important gain and qualitative experience that gives them confidence and preparation to participate in the coming seasons of the program.
