105 new candidates for the individual system in the House of Representatives elections
Judge Hazem Badawi, Chairman of the National Elections Authority, stated that the committees receiving applications for candidacy for the House of Representatives elections had begun their work regularly on the third day of reception at all the headquarters specified by the Authority in the courts of first instance, from nine in the morning until five in the evening, and the number of those who submitted nomination papers reached (105) on the individual system at the level of the Republic, thus bringing the total number of those who submitted nomination applications to the number (1838) over the course of three days, and the third day did not witness any nominations according to the list system.
The Central Operations Room at the headquarters of the National Elections Authority, headed by Judge Ahmed Bandari, Director of the Executive Authority, followed the work progress of the committees receiving nomination applications around the clock through live broadcasting and direct communication with the judges, heads of the committees, and no obstacles were detected throughout the day, and the All documents submitted by those wishing to run on the new electronic program prepared by the National Elections Authority to digitize the documents and save them electronically.
