Palestinian runner Fares Abu Amra expressed, in special statements to Nile Radio, his deep gratitude and appreciation for Egypt’s position and its decisive efforts to stop the war on the Gaza Strip following the Sharm El-Sheikh Agreement, stressing that “Egypt was and remains a country of security and safety, and its honorable history will remain a pride for the Arab nation.”
Abu Amra said: “Thank you Egypt, The country of history and glory, long live Egypt,” stressing that the Egyptian flag has weight and weight in the region and the world, adding: “The whole world stood watching what happened in Gaza, and Egypt alone intervened and stood by its people in the Gaza Strip.”
