Urgent: America: 4 killed and 20 injured in a shooting in South Carolina

Four people were killed and 20 others injured, including four in critical condition, in Shooting incident Sunday morning in a restaurant on the island of St. Helena, off the coast of State of South Carolina.

The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office reported that the accident occurred early in the morning, and many Victimsand witnesses went to nearby stores and homes for safety.

The statement added: "This is a tragic and difficult incident for everyone, and our thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and their loved ones"

The identities of the dead and wounded have not yet been revealed, while police officers continue to investigate the incident.
