Aboul Gheit will participate tomorrow in "Sharm El Sheikh Peace Summit"
Secretary General of the League of Arab States, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, participates in the “Sharm El-Sheikh Peace Summit” Which will be held tomorrow, Monday, under the chairmanship of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and US President Donald Trump.
The summit launches the ceasefire agreement in Gaza between Israel and Hamas, as a first stage for ending the war and rebuilding the Gaza Strip on the basis of Trump’s plan.
Jamal Rushdi, the official spokesman for the Secretary-General of the Arab League, quoted Aboul Gheit as saying: The agreement represents the beginning of the path towards stopping the bloodshed, restoring normal life, rebuilding the Gaza Strip, and opening a path to embody the two-state solution.
Aboul Gheit thanked Egypt and the United States for their great role in stopping the war of genocide in Gaza, and expressed his appreciation for the sincere mediation done by Qatar and Turkey in order to stop the Palestinian bloodshed.
