And within the framework of the distinguished Saudi participation in Osaka Expo, Expo 2030 Riyadh Company organized a cultural event entitled “From Osaka to Riyadh” at the Expo Arena Matsuri, attended by more than 15,000 visitors who enjoyed musical and cultural performances that combined Saudi identity and Japanese heritage, in a scene that expressed the deep cultural exchange between the two countries.

A series of workshops were also held. And bilateral meetings with participating countries to discuss cooperation priorities and preparations for hosting the World Expo in the Saudi capital.

The Saudi pavilion concluded its participation in Expo Osaka with remarkable success, as it recorded more than three million visitors, a record number that reflects the interest of international visitors in the Saudi experience and their curiosity about what Riyadh will offer in 2030.

An exhibition the size of the world

Expo 2030 Riyadh will be held during the period from October 1, 2030 to March 30, 2031, on an area of ​​six million square meters, distributed over five main areas that highlight topics including comprehensive development, innovation, modern technologies, and sustainable solutions.

The exhibition is expected to attract more than 42 visitors. One million visits from 197 countries and 29 international organizations, to be an event that brings the world together around a common vision to build a more sustainable and cooperative future.
