Prime Minister of Pakistan: The agreement to bring peace to Gaza is the greatest day in modern history

The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, praised the regional and international efforts that resulted in reaching an agreement to stop the war and bring peace in the Gaza Strip, describing the day of signing the agreement as “the greatest day in modern history.”
Sharif said in his speech during the press conference held today, Monday, after the signing of the agreement to end the war in Gaza, in the presence of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. And US President Donald Trump, and a number of world leaders – “I thank the leaders of the region who contributed to achieving peace,” stressing that Arab and international cooperation was decisive in reaching this historic moment.
He specifically thanked President Sisi and Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, saying: “I thank President Sisi and my dear brother Sheikh Tamim, who worked hard to achieve peace in this time.” The region,” noting the effective Egyptian and Qatari role in mediation and overcoming obstacles.
