The plan begins with completing the monitoring of grades for the year’s work for the first evaluation period and notifying students and their parents of the results, while continuing improvement and follow-up processes until the end of the first semester, thus providing students with additional opportunities to improve their academic performance levels.

The education departments also announce on the same day the schedules and dates for the second round exams for the first semester of the secondary stage, and they are officially included in the “Noor” system, provided that the schedules for substitute exams for excused absentees for the intermediate and primary levels will be announced on Sunday, January 18, 2026 AD.

The alternative exams for excused absentees begin on Sunday, January 18 and continue until Thursday, January 22, and their grade is (40) marks, while the second round exams for students who are excused absent from the first round of the secondary stage will be conducted starting from Sunday, January 25, 2026 AD, and their grade is (40) marks for those who complete and (60) marks for those who do not pass, in a way that ensures Fairness in assessment and enabling students to complete the requirements for success"LTR">.
