المملكة: Urgent: Saudi Arabia supplies health facilities in Ukraine with life-saving medical equipment

King Salman Centerfor Humanitarian Aid and Relief provides Health facilities in the most affected areas of the Republic of Ukrainewith life-saving medical equipment; To ensure the continuity of provision of vital health services.

The assistance provided included (15) anesthesia machines, (8) advanced devices for monitoring and stimulating the heart muscle, (15) electrosurgical units, (15) blood warmers, (7) automated biochemical analysis devices, and one automated microbiological analysis device, in addition to other basic medical equipment.

Safety of patient care

This medical support aims to improve the safety of patient care, and accelerate Diagnostic operations, training health workers on the effective and safe use of modern health technologies, enhancing biological safety in laboratories, in addition to improving access to basic health services for more than 10 million people.

This comes within the humanitarian initiatives provided by the Kingdom, represented by the King Salman Relief Center, to support the health system in Ukraine during this difficult time, and to support health facilities to maintain their ability to provide the necessary medical care to beneficiaries.
