The contract was signed by Mustafa El-Degishi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Suez Canal Company for Modern Boats, and Mr. Piero NERI, Head of the Italian Group, in the presence of Engineer Hassan Kamal, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Suez Canal Company for Modern Boats.

The terms of the contract stipulate that the Egyptian Tugboat Building Factory will sell two tugboats to the Italian NERI Group, with a pulling force of 90 tons and propellers  ASD. For his part, Mr. Piero NERI, President of the Italian Group, expressed his happiness with the completion of the contract with the Suez Canal Authority, to purchase two tugs from the Egypt Tugboat Building Factory to join the group’s fleet of marine tugs; This represents the beginning of joint cooperation between the two sides, expressing his hope that the coming period will witness more cooperation with new projects and contracts that meet the requirements of the NERI group.
