Dubai, October 16 / WAM / The Ministry of Foreign Affairs signed a cooperation agreement with the Department of Government Empowerment in Abu Dhabi, within the activities of the GITEX Global 2025 exhibition.
The agreement aims to include the ministry’s services through the unified Abu Dhabi Government services platform “Tamm”, in a qualitative shift that reflects the ministry’s orientation towards building an integrated, proactive and innovative digital system that improves the quality of life of community members and facilitates their access to government services, in addition to enhancing the path of government integration by linking and unifying systems and data, exchanging information, accelerating the completion of transactions, and supporting digital transformation efforts in the United Arab Emirates.
The exhibition activities also witnessed the announcement of the digital link between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Department of Education and Knowledge in Abu Dhabi, and the Department of Health in Abu Dhabi, to provide the service of authenticating documents issued by the two departments through the “Tamm” platform, allowing the customer to issue and authenticate documents through a single electronic window and with smoother and easier procedures that reduce time, effort and cost, and are characterized by high quality that meets the customers’ aspirations and needs.
In this context, His Excellency Omar Obaid Al-Hussan Al Shamsi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, confirmed that cooperation with the Department of Government Empowerment in Abu Dhabi, to include the ministry’s services on the “Tamm” platform is in line with the vision of the wise leadership, which has placed digital transformation at the top of the priorities of government work, and the provision of smart and proactive services that rise to the highest international standards in the field of government services, indicating that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is moving forward towards achieving integration in its services in cooperation with various government agencies. The document authentication service becomes available through a unified electronic window that guarantees an exceptional and integrated experience for the customer to obtain government services, and places his comfort and quality of life at the core of its work system.
