An electronic link between “Rental Dispute Resolution” in Dubai and “Tablighe”

The Rental Disputes Settlement Center in Dubai concluded a strategic partnership agreement with “Tablig” Company for legal notification services, with the aim of achieving technical integration and developing the electronic services system between the two sides, in a way that enhances performance efficiency and improves the quality of services provided to customers. The agreement was signed during the activities of the “GITEX Global 2025” exhibition, by the Director of the Central Support Department in “Rental Dispute Resolution”, Mohammed Hamad Al-Mahri, and the Executive Director of “Tablig” Company for Legal Notification Services, Obaid Hamid Al-Mansouri.
A statement issued yesterday stated that the agreement stipulates an electronic link between the center’s technical system and the “Tablig” company system, through which the processes of receiving and delivering exhibits and legal documents regarding which a decision is issued by the competent judge are carried out, so that they reach the highest levels of accuracy and reliability to the concerned parties.
This cooperation comes within the efforts of the Rental Disputes Center to support the comprehensive digital transformation of its judicial system and enable a smart and sustainable work environment. In line with the Dubai government’s trends in adopting advanced technological solutions.
The head of the Rental Disputes Center in Dubai, Judge Abdul Qadir Musa Mohammed, said: “This partnership embodies the Centre’s vision of establishing an advanced judicial work approach to constantly keep pace with the requirements of digital development and contribute to accelerating the pace of legal procedures in order to achieve justice and preserve rights.” He added: “Through the signed agreement, we are keen to simplify the customer’s journey and facilitate his access to services with transparency and accuracy.”
For his part, Al Mansouri said: “Through the agreement, we will work to provide effective and safe solutions that facilitate the procedures for delivering and receiving exhibits, and ensure the accuracy of legal notifications and the speed of their implementation,” noting that “Tablig” is always seeking to consolidate its position as a reliable partner for government agencies and judicial institutions in the country, by investing in modern technologies and adopting the best international practices in the field of legal services. digital.
