The Islamic Conference of Labor Ministers in Doha supports full membership of Palestine in the International Labor Organization

The final statement of the work of the sixth session of the Islamic Conference of Labor Ministers in Doha, today, Saturday, called for continuing efforts to support the right of the State of Palestine to full membership in the International Labor Organization, and to enhance its effective presence and full membership in all UN and international organizations, as an embodiment of the international commitment to implement the relevant United Nations resolutions.
The work of the sixth session of the Islamic Conference concluded For the Ministers of Labor in Doha, today, which was held under the slogan: "Local Experiences, Global Achievements: Success Stories in the Islamic World" Under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Dr. Ali bin Samikh Al Marri, Minister of Labor and President of the Islamic Conference of Labor Ministers, chaired the final session of the conference, according to the Qatar News Agency (QNA).
The statement welcomed the proposal of the State of Qatar to cooperate with the SESRIC Center and the Labor Center of the Organization for Cooperation. The Islamic Bank, the Arab Labor Organization, and the International Labor Organization, to organize joint regional training programs on the recognition of vocational qualifications and skills, with the aim of developing unified regional guidelines for setting standards and determining procedures.
